How long does shopping & delivery take?
As items per order vary, our shopping times vary per order. Your confirmed appointment time is our delivery window.
How soon should I submit my list?
Please submit your list no less than 8 hours prior to your delivery window.
What if an item is out of stock?
When something is out of stock at the store, we do our best to substitute with something similar. When you create your list, you can notate which items you'd not like a substitute. You can even suggest.."If this, then that", ex. "If no 2% milk, fat free is ok". We pride ourselves in getting to know our clients preferences, but if we're unsure, we'll send you a text. If we can’t reach you, we will not substitute the item.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Hmmm...You know your neighborhood better than us. We don't require anyone to be present when we deliver. However, if no one is present when we deliver, we will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items. Please be advised, if you need to make last minute changes to your delivery address, we can deliver to your job, business or even the trunk of your car at any location within 15 miles of 21740. If delivery address is changed less than 2 hours before the start of your delivery window, this would void our $10 on-time guarantee.
Do you really shop anywhere?
We shop and/or deliver from ANY location within our 15 mile service radius from 21740.
What if I just need something picked up & delivered?
We offer pick-up and delivery service. We have a flat rate of $15 for this service, for most orders.
