Promos & Referrals

How do referrals work?


All you need to do is introduce a friend to the service by sharing with them your referral code:
Referral delivery address must be within our service area. To access your referral code to share, simply message us at share@dolcedelish.com.
For every friend you refer, you will receive $10 credit towards your next order and your friend will receive $10 off their first order.
There is no limit to how many times you can do this and how much credit you can earn! So go ahead, share the love!




I have a promo code, how do I use it?


You can enter a promo code when placing your order. When placing an order, simply enter the promo code in the “appointment note” section and you are done!




I have a referral code, how do I use it?


A referral code is processed the same as a promo code: when placing an order, simply enter the referral code in the “appointment note” section, easy peasy!

Yes, we operate with an order minimum of $100 for all shopping and delivery orders. Orders for pickup & delivery, do not fall under this requirement.





Payments

Do you accept cash?


As all payments to stores have to be processed by card before the delivery takes place, payment for goods and services must be made electronically. Additional gratuity, however, may be made in cash, if you so desire. Please note, you may always go into your electronic receipt to process additional gratuity as well.




How can I change my credit card details?


You can update your card details online via our booking page.




How does payment work?


Payment will be processed via your card on file, prior to your delivery. Please note, you will receive a receipt with your delivery.




Will I receive an invoice?


Yes, after delivery takes place, an itemized invoice will be sent via email and/or text and visible within your Dolce Delish booking Account within thirty minutes.

  • Simply visit our booking page & click "Sign in"
  • You will then be asked to enter the phone number used to create your account
  • There, you will be able to view your invoices
  • & appointments (past and present)
